BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Every member of our board of directors is a thought leader who has made significant contributions to our organization. Each one brings a unique set of skills and expertise to our organization. BTC’s board is comprised of 12 professional residents from greater Hartford. The board includes five committees; Executive/Governance, Development and Fundraising, Finances, Analysis and Survey, and Production. Recently BTC was awarded a grant through the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving to complete an organizational assessment and board development.

Amy Chang

Board Chair

Amy Chang is a senior underwriting and marketing professional at GNY Mutual Insurance Company. All her professional experience has been in the insurance industry. Prior to her current role, she has held positions as a process engineer, operations manager, and insurance strategy consultant. Her undergraduate degree is in risk management and she is pursuing a Master’s in business administration from the University of Connecticut School of Business. 

Frank Giuliano

Vice Chair

Frank works for Virtus Investment Partners in downtown Hartford, where he is part of the Corporate Strategy & Development team. Prior to starting his career, Frank graduated from Seton Hall University in New Jersey with a degree in finance. Having taken dance classes while growing up, Frank understands the positive force dance can be in one’s life. Frank is a huge fan of New York sports and an avid golfer. When he’s not teeing it up on the weekends, he enjoys traveling to new places, reading non-fiction and studying psychology.

Stephanie Cole

Treasurer

Stephanie Cole, CPA is a Manager with Budwitz & Meyerjack, P.C., a Connecticut-based accounting firm established in 1971 specializing in providing superior quality service to all their clients, no matter their size. She obtained her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) License in 2014 and is a member of both The Connecticut Society of CPA’s and The American Institute of CPA’s. 

Jessica Clement

Secretary

Jess Clement is a medical oncologist and medical director of oncology research at Hartford HealthCare Cancer Institute who has been a resident of West Hartford since 2010. Since moving to West Hartford, she has become an active member in the community. In addition to being a member of The Ballet Theatre Company Board, Jess is also a member of the Medical Advisory Board for the Ron Foley Foundation, a West Hartford organization focused on fighting pancreatic cancer.

Ms. Salonia is the owner of the Ooh La La Boutique located in Blue Back Square and specializes in advertising, promotion and marketing. Read her full bio here

Kate Sulikowski

Doug Eicher

Mr. Eicher has more than 20 years of business, technology business, sales, and marketing experience leading and building teams. Prior to his work with startup organizations, he served as an executive for Apple, where he led the northeast US. Read his full bio here

Lisa Greene

Ms. Greene is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Duncaster. Prior she was a marketing executive with The Scotts-Miracle Gro Company where she led the company’s Lawns Division, which accounted for over $500M in revenue. Read her full bio here

Virginia Major

Ms. Major is a 2nd Vice President of Travelers. Prior, Ms. Major is Director of Learning and Organizational Development at The Connection, one of Connecticut’s largest nonprofit human services agencies. Read her full bio here

Kama Giedra

Ms. Giedra, along with Tracy Dorman, is a founding member of Ballet Theatre Company. A 27+ year banking veteran, she is currently a Credit Officer with Citizens Bank, supporting the Business Banking division and is based in West Hartford CT. Read her full bio here
