Before submitting your booking please read carefully.
The deadline for
The Nutcracker
booking is November 3, 2023, and the deadline for
Snow White
booking is March 1, 2024.
Ticket Information
- Tickets cost $10 per student.
- When figuring out the number of tickets you need, be sure to count your teachers and chaperones. The Fire Marshall’s regulations require that every patron, including infants being held, has a ticket. Once the seating chart is determined, it may be impossible to seat additional guests with your group.
- For every twenty tickets purchased, one free ticket is granted. Be sure to include the free ticket(s) in the total count.
- Seats can only be reserved with the completed online booking form and payment.*
- Refunds are not available.
Upon completing the online booking form, BTC will send a confirmation email followed by an attached invoice to the address provided on the booking form. Please note that your booking will not be completed until payment has been received.

- BTC can accept credit card payments. Details will be provided on your invoice.
